At Koord Kloset, we are delighted to provide a one-time exchange option for your purchased outfit to get the perfect size. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase , kindly choose the “Exchange” option from your orders section.

Our Exchange Policy allows customers to put a request for exchange within 3 days from the delivery date. Before proceeding, kindly review our eligibility criteria to ensure your request meets the necessary requirements.

Eligibilty Criteria

Your request for return/exchange should be received within 3 days and the product should reach us within 7 days.

The items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

You have the option to exchange the product for a different size only. However, if you prefer a different product altogether, we will provide you with STORE CREDIT, allowing you to place a new order of your choice. Please note : The store credit is valid for 90 days only, from the date of issue.

Items on Sale are not Exchangeable / Returnable

Internationally shipped items cannot be Exchanged/Returned.

The customer is responsible for bearing the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Any returned item that fails to meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Additionally, no refund will be issued in such cases.

  • Courier delays for unknown reasons

Koord Kloset cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if provided recipient information, such as name, address, or contact number, is inaccurate. In the event of product returned to us, additional charges for re-delivery will apply. These charges must be paid in advance, and delivery times may be extended.
